This brand was made to welcome those and help them feel seen in a comforting breath of magic, mystery and the small joys of everyday life. Bakes & Boba is a passion project that blends fun, baked goods with playful flavored boba drinks. This brand was designed to be playful, warm, and fun; without seeming overly childish or sacrificing professionalism and trust. The atmosphere of the cafe is comforting and feels like an iconic neighborhood favorite that tends to the local community as well as the socially-savvy foodies of the online space. Onboarding📃

We just might be the perfect team! Once we've gotten the details squared away it's time to start the onboarding process, you'll complete your welcome packet which contains your chosen services, contract, first invoice, next steps, the works! You'll be able to review and keep track of everything in your client portal as well as follow along the project process without the need for sending emails.

This step is what really starts it all! (A turning point in your origin story you could say.) Together in a leader's only meeting; we'll deep dive into the story and foundations that drive your business. We'll quite literally get to the heart of everything you've built, so as to lay the solid groundwork for what comes next.

We've laid the foundation, now it's time to get building! Once I've gotten the green light from you that we're headed in the right creative direction, I'll spend some time building out your new brand identity that aligns with you, your audience, and your professional aspirations.

Time to check-in on progress! I'll send you a presentation of your new branding concept and then the ball is in your court! This is where you'll review everything and decide if any revisions are needed or if we hit the nail on the head! (It is absolutely okay if you're not feeling the first concept round, you get 2 revisions included with your branding project!)
